About the Program

ORCA's Leadership Development Program (LDP) - Level one, is for new and emerging leaders in the senior sector.  Level one will focus on building staff confidence, trust and team building to promote higher productivity, boost confidence and demonstrate the skills to lead effectively.

Level one is a six-month self-paced learning comprised of eLearning modules, reading and mentor guidance and will take participants approximately 32 hours to complete.  The program is open to allow participants to complete in their own time within the six-month period.
